    FGirst, select the appropriate rivet size (3/16″, 5/32″, 1/8″, or 3/32″) and insert the correct nosepiece into the tool.

  • Load the rivet into the front chamber, ensuring it’s aligned properly.
  • Position the riveter at a 90-degree angle to the work surface, with the rivet placed through the materials you want to join.
  • Connect the riveter to the compressed air supply and pull the trigger to engage the pneumatic pressure.
  • This will pull the rivet and expand it to securely fasten the materials together.
  • remove the completed rivet mandrel.
  • Dispose of the mandrel properly and repeat the process for additional rivets.
